Accessibility Statement
Accessibility Statement for Hudson County Office of Cultural & Heritage Affairs
Hudson County Cultural & Heritage Affairs | Tourism Development is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and in doing so adhere to many of the available standards and guidelines.
Conformance Status
We are currently working toward the digital accessibility standards laid out by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) which defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
HudsonCountyCulturalAffairs.org is striving to achieve WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance. Currently, we are partially conformant which means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are working hard to improve this.
