The Office of Hudson County Cultural & Heritage Affairs/ Tourism Development requires that all arts & cultural organization grantees strive to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals, including individuals with disabilities, to engage fully. The following links are provided to assist organizations in achieving compliance with the Americans with Disability Act (ADA). On the left are helpful links to resources within Hudson County and the state of New Jersey.
